1 Brief introduction:
a. MH model single beam gantry crane with electric hoist is matched with CD1/MD1 model wire rope electric hoist.
b. It is consisted with gantry frame(main girder, legs, bottom end beams), lifting mechanism, travelling mechanism, and electrical control.
c. It is widely used in workshop, storage, port and hydroelectric power station and some other outdoor place, where it has a low frequency or few lifting times.
It is forbiden to be used with melt metal, inflammable, or explosive objects.
2 Features:

3 Protection Devices:
a. Preventing hook clashing the top.
b. Circuit self-test protection device.
c. Protecting the current lacking of any phase.
d. Outdoor cranes are equipped with hoisting mechanism, electrical control box and rainproof devices.
e. Anti-collision, sound and light alarm devices.
f. Equipped with rail clamp.
4 Mechanical Part:
a. Main girder is used of U template and range of welding surface into the composite beams
b. Use the high quality carbon steel of Q235B or Q345B
c. The main girder and end beams are connected with the high strength bolt of 10.9 grade.
d. The Crane travelling mechanism uses trinity drive.
5 Controlling Ways:
a. Generally, ground controlling
b. Cab controlling is also available according to customer's requirement
c. Operating cab: open style and close style, left or right installation
d. Direction of entrance: side, end and top.
